Why should we choose us? Simply put we care, and we get the job done right. We offer different rental terms; why pay for a week when you only need a bin for a couple days? Above all, customer satisfaction is what matters most to us, and we always strive to exceed your expectations.
Most definitely, our bins have built in rollers and our drivers always place wood underneath the bins to protect your driveway. In addition, our bins are not an eyesore; we take pride in our equipment and keep our bins clean. Please note that although we do our best to protect your driveway, Wandas Group of Companies Ltd. is not responsible for any damages that may occur to the driveway/surroundings.
If overloading occurs, additional charge of $115/tonne +HST will be applied. We will provide a copy of the dump sheet as proof. If the bin is loaded to an unsafe capacity/weight, it will be unloaded accordingly to ensure it is safe to lift and transport, a $50.00 +HST fee will be applied.

Prohibited items are hazardous materials that are toxic, corrosive, explosive, flammable, or poisonous.
Such items include but are not limited to: asbestos, paints, pesticides, fertilizers, chemicals, cleaners, degreasers, solvents, oils/fuel containers and filters, gasoline, acids, radioactive materials, explosives, septic tank plumbing/parts, raw sewage/sludge, thermostats/thermometers containing mercury, pharmaceuticals, syringes, other toxic/infectious/biological waste, car batteries, household batteries, fluorescent light bulbs, energy efficient bulbs, propane tanks/cylinders, compressed gas cylinders.
Placing prohibited items in the bin will result in an additional fee of $100.00 +HST per item. If you’re uncertain or have any questions of what can or can’t go in a bin please contact us.
No, we do not require anyone to be present when the bin is being delivered. However, we do ask to provide specific delivery instructions and mark the desired area for the bin. Our drivers will place the bins in the specific location for you, provided the driver can safely maneuver and the location is accessible.
You cannot load higher than the top of the sides of the bin. Every attempt shall be taken to equally disperse the weight of the refuse within the disposal bin. If the bin is loaded to an unsafe capacity/weight, it will be unloaded accordingly to ensure it is safe to lift and transport, a $50.00 +HST fee will be applied.
You can book your bin online or over the phone. Credit cards are the preferred payment method (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, etc.). We do not require a deposit as we take full payment prior to bin delivery. However, if there is a request to cancel the appointment within 24 hours of scheduled bin drop off time, a cancellation fee of $50.00 +HST will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded. After you are done with the bin and we pick it up, we will follow up with an additional invoice if there are any other fees applicable (weight overage charges, extended rental period, etc.).
The disposal bin rental includes use of the bin for up to the scheduled number of days. You must call us to verify you are finished with the bin and that the bin is ready for pick up. We will not pick up the bin without receiving a call first. If the bin is kept beyond the last day of the rental term it will be automatically moved up to the next rental term length and billed accordingly. You must call us no later than 10 am to request bin pick up if it is to be picked up the same day. For rentals beyond a week and if you have any questions please contact us at (705)-220-7810.

No, not without a permit. You must contact the city/township and get a Road Occupancy Permit and provide us with proof prior to delivery.
